The New Jersey Attorney General demanded First Choice hand over ten years of internal documents and private donor records, simply because the center offers life-affirming support to vulnerable women. The outcome of the case carries critical implications for whether nonprofits and charities serving the vulnerable nationwide will be protected from political targeting.
